Steven Tyler whose real name is Stephen Victor Tallarico was born in New York on 26 March 1948. He is the singer and co-songwriter in the band Aerosmith which formed in early 1970s. He met Joe Perry (the guitarist of Aerosmith) and after the bassist and the second guitarist's arrival the band was formed. Steven received an honorary degree from Berklee College of Music, and in 2005, received an honorary doctorate from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
