Formed in 1983 by Ace Frehley, after his departure from 70's super-group KISS. Along with Richie Scarlet (guitars, vocals), John Regan (bass) and Anton Fig (drums), demos were recorded and soon a contract were signed. The record company went bankrupt, so they had to start all over again searching for a new contract.
The self-titled debut album was finally released in 1987, and by that time Richie Scarlet had been replaced by Tod Howarth.
