Norma Loy is a French coldwave band formed in 1981.NORMA LOY is an anagram of "Nom Royal" (Royal Name). USHER and CHELSEA met in 1977. This marked the beginning of a close collaboration, influenced by the punk movement which lead them to produce several works.
