Denaun Porter (born December 7, 1978 in Detroit, Michigan), known by the stage name Kon Artis, or the production title Mr. Porter, is a rapper and producer, who rose to fame as an original member of Eminem's Detroit rap collective D12. Denaun Porter started his rap career at a young age, when his original dream of playing professional basketball in the NBA was shattered after receiving gun wounds to his leg.
