David Allan Stewart, also known as Dave Stewart, is a guitarist, singer, record and film producer as well as a sound engeneer born in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, England, on 9th, september 1952.
Known mostly for being one of the two of the famous pop band Eurythmics, along with Annie Lennox, Dave has also a solo career. In 1977, he founded (with Lennox) the Catch (that quickly became The Toursits") and, in 1980, Eurythmics. After 10 years of success, he started a solo career with the Spiritual cowboys band (two albums), Vegas (One ablum) and simply as Dave Stewart (two albums).
