David Vallée, aka Sinik, is the man behind the French noise project Lith. Progressing through ambient and experimental industrial music, Vallée finally released Aussterben, his first real noise composition in 2000. The latest album is the highly praised ‘Gaia’, released in 2006. Actively involved in global ethics and the study of social sciences as well as ancient and traditional cultures etc., his music is a harsh presentation of industrial and power electronic rhythms underscored on certain tracks with atmospheric ambient impressions.
