It's in the late 90's that the MIND:STATE project was initiated by a talented young student from Uppsala - Sweden. Finding his deepest inspiration in the euphoric dark melodies and lyrical depth of metal bands like TIAMAT and DARKSEED, Per Holmström was actually raised on the electro/industrial music from bands like KMFDM and Front 242. It is by combining dark melodies, electronics and emotional vocals that our Swedish artist polished and developed the MIND:STATE trademark sound.
