Mr. J Medeiros has been making music with the LA group, The Procussions, for over 9 years. They played over 150 crowds per year and put on incredible shows; playing with the likes of Talib Kweli and A Tribe Called Quest; an amazing experience. All this action pushed Mr. J towards getting his own album out: Of Gods and Girls. It’s a very personal album for him. He explains that "most of the it is about what people make gods out of, the idea's men have about women and how those two interact in both a dangerous and beautiful way.
