There are two artists that go by the name of Cezar. 1. Cezar "The Voice" Ouatu, also known as simply Cezar, is a Romanian-Italian countertenor who will represent Romania at Eurovision Song Contest 2013. Born in a family of musicians in Romania, he started playing the piano at the young age of 6. He stood out because of his musical talent, graduating from the Carmen Sylva Music High School in Ploiesti with high honours. His great passion for jazz determined him to further his solo carrier in piano more thoroughly, with greatly accomplished jazz musicians.
