Taxim is a one-man experimental electro project from Essen, Germany. It was founded by Alex Ney in 1996. Alex is especially known as a Commodore 64 composer and is also considered as a co-founder of the Commodore 64 remix scene.
In the early years (1996-1999) Alex moved through several alternative music styles, while he specialised in dark techno, tbm and industrial-like tracks in the 00's. However, all Taxim outputs are stylistically very mixed. Besides Taxim, Alex is working as a music producer.
