Elephant9 is a Norwegian jazz/prog rock band. They released their first album, DodoVoodoo, in May 2008. Their music sounds like a modern take on 70's prog and hard rock, with clear influences from Miles Davis. Their live shows are said to be stunning. Members:
Ståle Storløkken (fender rhodes, hammond organ and synthesizer), (known from Supersilent and Bol amongst others)
Nikolai Hængsle Eilertsen (electric bass, electric guitar), (known from BigBang and The National Bank)
