Howard Eliott Payne (Howie Payne) is an English singer songwriter from Liverpool, UK. Payne was formerly the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter of the band The Stands, as well as a member of the band The Big Kids with Edgar Jones, formerly of The Stairs & formerly of Blue Seed. He is brother to Sean Payne of The Zutons and Candie Payne. His first solo album entitled "Bright Light Ballads" is out now.
