After striking la distribution deal with Priority Records, her second single, "Promise Me Your Heart" was released. Joei's love for music stems from her early childhood, when she thought singing was natural - something everyone did. After learning not everyone could sing, she realized being able to sing was a gift - something she had to do. Songwriter/Choreographer Franc.
