PLASTIC VOICE was a German dance-project from the 90s consiting of the producers Gerd Hilgemann & Marko Albrecht (better known as Mark 'Oh. Their track "Los Ninos Del Parque" was a europe-wide club hit in 1997.
At first they released this track with the moniker Plastic Noise but they had to change the name because of an electronic-act with a similar name, Plastic Noise Experience.
