There are two bands with the name: 1) JLS (Jack the Lad Swing) are a four-piece boy group. JLS are a pop group that first appeared in the public late in 2008 during their appearance on ‘The X Factor’. The foursome (from London & Peterborough, England), came 2nd in the hit TV show and have since released their first single ‘Beat Again’ which has gained regular radio airplay, and went to number one on the iTunes downloads chart within 12 hours of release. JLS’s first single “Beat Again” debuted at number one as of 19th July 2009, making it their first number one single.
