Gréta Salóme & Jónsi is an Icelandic duo who represent Iceland at Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan, with their entry “Mundu eftir mér” (Remember me). The duo emerged as the winners of Icelandic national selection “Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins”, beating off six other participants during a two hour show at the “Harpa” music hall in Reykjavik. They were the favourites of both the televoting public and a professional jury.
