San Francisco noise pop combo Henry's Dress was comprised of singer/guitarist Amy Linton, drummer Matt Hartman, and bassist Hayyim. Originating in Albuquerque, NM, the trio relocated to the Bay Area following Linton's acceptance to the San Francisco Art Institute; concurrently, Slumberland Records agreed to release the band's debut single, "1620." A split single with the legendary Tiger Trap followed, and in 1995 Henry's Dress returned with a self-titled ten-inch EP; in the wake of the much-acclaimed full-length Bust 'Em Green, the trio toured with Rocketship, then disbanded.
