(1)The Observers were a punk rock band from Portland. They put out one LP "So What's Left Now" and several 7"'s. Sadly have broken up in late 2005. (2)The Observers were the house band for Jamaican reggae producer Niney the Observer in the 1970s. They were also known as The Observer All Stars or The Observer Band.
