Edyta Geppert (born 27.11.1953 in Nowa Ruda) - one of the most ambitious polish singers. Before receiving education in the Song Faculty in F. Chopin National Music High School in Warsaw she performed in the "song&dance group Nowa Ruda". Before singing in the group and in the school concerts - as the artist recalls herself - she sang since she can remember. She comes from a very musical family - her mother was Hungarian, that's why the artist is very familiar with the hungarians czardas. Currently - since 1985 - wife of Piotr (Peter) Lorentz.
