There are at least three bands called Scapa Flow: 1. A Swedish EBM / Synth Pop band. 2. A Finnish Progressive Rock band. 3. An Australian Post-Punk band. Scapa Flow (1) was a synthpop/ebm band formed in Uppsala, Sweden in 1988. Beginning as a band of four, there were soon only three original members left in the band (Andreas Carlsson, Johan Nygren, Carl Sjöström). During 1989-1995 they made frequent live shows, including a Germany tour in 1991 with Pouppée Fabrikk.
