Kasia Stankiewicz is a Polish pop singer. She started her career in 1995 singing a song by Varius Manx, a multi-platinum Polish band, in the TV song contest Szansa na sukces (A Chance for Success). A few months later she actually became the lead vocalist for Varius Manx. In 1996 they recorded Ego – a 5 times platinum album. The hit singles "Orła cień", "Ten sen" and "Mówią mi" were high in the Polish charts for months.
