There are at least 2 artists known as "Powerplay" 1) Powerplay is a guitarpop-band. Their first album, Avanti, is based upon the music of the Beatles. Walk the wire is the second album of this rocktrio. In 1998 Powerplay was support act during the Greatest Hits-tour of Golden Earring. 2) Powerplay is a swedish band that perform their own interpretations of classic Nintendo 8-bit songs, i.e. Mega man, Castlevania, Rush n' Attack, Gunsmoke and so on.
