Matthew Perryman Jones is a Progressive/Pop Rock artist from Nashville, Tennessee. In 2001 he released Nowhere Else But Here and toured extensively. After a five-year hiatus, he released Throwing Punches in the Dark. The album was well-received by critics and fans. Jones described the album as "finding myself musically."
