Rude Rich and the High Notes are a Dutch ska collective, formed in 1998. While the band write and play their own material, they strive for an authentic Jamaican sound in their traditional ska, rocksteady and reggae music. With their albums "The Right Track", "Change The Mood" and "Soul Stomp" as well as some compilations and live recordings with Jamaican ska legends - Derrick Morgan and Rico Rodriguez amongst others - they have received critical acclaim, both in the Netherlands as well as internationally.
