SneakerFreaks music is best described as songwriterpop. The Dutch band is in an ongoing search of the perfect popsong. Influences: Rufus Wainwright, Jeffrey Foucault, Paul McCartney, Ani diFranco, Paul Simon. Debut album GO was launched in march 2006, the first single School was accidentally recorded in the Radio 3FM studio in the Netherlands. During the GO promotion tour SneakerFreak appeared a lot on national radio (Radio 1, Radio 2, 3FM) and opened for some great acts: Starsailor, Heather Nova, Spinvis, The Veils.
