The name Jerusalem refers to at least four different bands. 1) A British heavy rock/proto metal band active in the early 70s
2) A Swedish Christian rock band founded in 1975
3) A post rock band from Virginia founded in 2008
4) A gothic pop band from the Czech republic 1) Jerusalem was an early 1970s British raunchy heavy rock five piece outfit. The band released one self-titled album worldwide in 1972 on Deram (UK catalogue number: SDL 6), produced by Ian Gillan of Deep Purple.
