There are two groups with the name Esquire and one DJ: 1) Esquire is the self proclaimed "boy who invented rap". He comes from Detroit, Michigan bringing along with him, his team of go-go dancers. 2) Esquire is also a prog rock/pop band lead by Nikki Squire (formerly married to Chris Squire (Yes). They were a trio and were signed to Trevor Horn's ZTT records. After waiting for Trevor's time to free up to produce, the group was released from ZTT and self-produced their self-titled debut record for Geffen Records with Horn and Chris Squire mixing their first single "To The Rescue".
