Jean Constantin (b. 21 August 1928 Techirghiol – d. 26 mai 2010 Constanţa) was a Romanian actor. In film, composer and performer Jean Constantin is best known for creating the musical scores to Francois Truffaut's feature film debut, Les 400 Coups (1959). Constantin made his film acting debut the following year in Candide (1960).
