Det Hedenske Folk was a norwegian black metal band, with Tyr as the main man of the band. Abbath(Immortal) was a sessiondrummer for the recordings of the few releases made by the band. Kvitrafn (Gorgoroth) joined the band on drums but they split-up before anything was released. The lyrics are focused on Heathenism and nordic pagan culture.
