Both Phil Western and Tim Hill are composers/engineers/producers of electronic music. Phil Western has worked with cEvin Key on various projects including Skinny Puppy, Download, and PlatEAU. Tim Hill has also appeared on releases by Download and PlatEAU. The duo have released one album, Dark Features (2001) and one EP, Therapy (2001).
