Laufer is an alternative rock band with influences from progressive rock and grunge formed in 1986. in Rijeka, Croatia and consisting of Damir Urban as singer, Vlado Simčić (Vava) at guitar, Ljubo Silić at bass and Alen Tibljaš at drums. Laufer defined the Croatian rock scene of the early 1990s. Laufer released their first album "The best off", in 1993 which spawned hits such as "Lopov Jack", "Svijet za nas" and undoubtedly their most popular song, "Moja voda". Damir Urban wrote all of the lyrics and co-wrote most of the music.
