Not to be confused with Catalepsy, there are multiple artists with this name: 1) Katalepsy is a Russian brutal death metal band from Moscow. They formed in 2003 by CannX (Guitars) and Helv (Guitars, after bringing in a drummer and a vocalist the band started writing and recording. They recorded and released a split album with Barbarity, Smersh and Posthumous Blasphemer in 2004. After touring with such bands as Mucopus, Jig-Ai, Abominable Putridity and Qualitypain. They released their debut album with SoulFlesh Collector called "Musick Brings Injuries" in 2007.
