deZeption was formed in May 2003 by Jan B. Jensen and Claus L. Hansen. In April' 05 Jan and Claus decided to invite Kim B. Sommer to join the band. Kim was originally hired for live keyboard purposes, but has now become a permanent member. Authenticity is always the goal in terms of music and lyrics - to produce melodic electronic pop music with emphasis on strong, meaningful and heartfelt lyrics.
