Shadow Circus is a progressive rock band from NYC. The band was founded in 2006 by composer John Fontana, vocalist David Bobick, and drummer Corey Folta, who had previously worked with John in NYC band Persona Grata during the early 90's. Originally, John Fontana played all of the guitars, keyboards, and bass. While rehearsing to record the album, it was realized that there was the potential of becoming a live band, so they recruited 16-year old keyboard wizard Zach Tenorio, and bass guitarist Mat Masek.
