There are four artists with the name Stay. One is a Spanish band from Barcelona formed in 1998. Starting To Lose Control is their debut album. However they create their own melodies there is no time or space in the music for this band: they go from the 60s to the 90s and from England to America: Byrds, Creation, Kinks, Beatles, The Who, Small Faces, Charlatans, Stone Roses, Primal Scream, Kula-Shaker, Teenage fanclub, etc.
