Nat Johnson is a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Sheffield, England. She first found fame through her folk band Monkey Swallows the Universe, who released two albums to critical acclaim before announcing an 'indefinite hiatus' at the end of 2007. Nat played as a solo artist for a while before forming Nat Johnson and The Figureheads. Nat Johnson and the Figureheads have gone onto receive positive reviews from a number of online sites "a suitable celebration of a collection of songs underlining a talent successfully moving onwards and, hopefully, upwards".
