Savage Messiah is an English thrash metal/heavy metal band formed in May 2007 in London.[1] The band was formed by guitarist and lead vocalist Dave Silver, The band also consists of bassist Sasha Krohn, Guitarist Tom Draper and drummer Mauricio Chamucero. Their debut album Spitting Venom was released on 1 October 2007 by SMR Productions to generally positive reviews. In January 2009 the band was signed to Candlelight Records, and entered the studio with acclaimed Grammy nominated producer Chris Tsangarides to record their second album, Insurrection Rising.[2]
