Joi Gilliam (born January 25, 1972) is a singer, record producer and songwriter. Joi is an American R&B/Rock singer/songwriter, associated with the Organized Noise collective based in Atlanta, Georgia, and often heard performing with Organized Noise acts such as OutKast and the Goodie Mob (her ex-husband, Big Gipp, is a member of the latter group). Joi released her debut solo LP, Pendulum Vibe, on EMI Records in 1994. The album received excellent reviews, it even caught the attention of international superstar Madonna, inspiring the direction of her "Bedtime Stories" LP.
