Steve Hauschildt is an American musician/composer who currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio. Steve is perhaps best known as a member of Emeralds, where he primarily plays analog synthesizers, electronics and sequencer. His solo work, however, tends to more freely explore the union between Minimalism and Romanticism, melody and technology. He also runs the label Gneiss Things, which has released limited edition runs of Emeralds-related merchandise as well as works by like-minded musicians.
