The Stiffs formed in Blackburn, Lancashire in 1977, as a bunch of 15 year old schoolkids, featuring: Phil Hendriks (Lead vocal, Guitar); Ian "Strang" Barnes (Guitar, Backing vocals); John McVittie (Bass, Backing vocals); Tommy O`Kane (Drums).
