Voice of a Generation
Voice of a Generation (VOAG) were among the first modern bands to play the straight Streetpunk with a slight Oi flavour mixed in. Named after an album of the old English Oi/Streetpunk legends "Blitz" VOAG paved the way for the likes of Bombshell Rocks and other bands playing the same style of fast, energetic, relatively melodic punkrock. Not clean-cut in a California/Skatepunk way and not overly dirty either. The themes are not only working class agony, drinking or the likes (like most classic Oi bands).
