Alan Hull came to prominence via the group Lindisfarne. He wrote many of their finest songs. Alan also had a solo career, establishing himself as a fine singer-songwriter. Hailing from Tyneside in the United Kingdon, Alan died of a heart attack on November 17th 1995. Recommended listening Pipedream (1973)
