There have been more than one band called the Montanas. The best known is probably the UK harmony pop band from the UK in the 60's, produced by Tony Hatch. They were formed in Dudley, Worcestershire. A couple of members were later in Trapeze. There is also a band from Leeuwarden in The Netherlands with that name. They have been founded in 2007. The brothers Sy, Christobal and Enrico Montana are the members.
