ARS (Aleksandr Radishevich Stefan) (Aleksandr Radišević Stefan) is not so popular artist from Serbia. His songs are a modern mix on folklore basis, recorded in 2004, included in the album "Kisha ide (Kiša ide)" ("Rain is coming") with the sponsorship of Pink TV. ARS has many awards from the Balkan Youth Festival held in Gabrovo to 2005 & in Sandanski from 2006 (Bulgaria).
