The mysterious Servicemen released three records on as many labels between 1966-1967 on Wind Hit, Chartmaker, and Patheway Records respectively. Probable members were James Mitchell and Hadley D. Murrell, who wrote the groups' recordings. They debuted with "I Need a Helping Hand" b/w "Are You Angry" in 1966 and followed it with "Sweet Magic" b/w "Connie" the same year; it all ended with "My Turn" b/w "I Need A Helping Hand" in 1967.
