As musical director and accompanist for Gladys Knight, John has traveled the world with the renowned vocalist including Oslo, Norway for the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize. His collaboration on the 2006 Grammy winner One Voice: Gladys Knight & The Saints Unified Voices CD include singing a duet "Did You Know" with IGladys Knight and sharing co-arrangement for the various hymns.
