Mason Proper is an indie rock band which formed in 2004 in Alpena, Michigan, United States. They consist of Jonathan Visger (vocals), Brian Konicek (guitar), Zac Fineberg (bass), Matt Thompson (keyboards) and Garrett Jones (drums). Their most recent album, "Olly Oxen Free" was released on September 23, 2008. It contains the single "Lock and Key" which has recieved heavy airplay on mtvU.
Four vans destroyed and sold for scrap metal.
