'Berlin saved my life' says Bil of The Bilders in an interview with ZITTY Magazine of the years he lived in that city. Two years ago he returned to Berlin and recorded with some musicians. A new album will be released in Berlin in October 2010, with a launch, where else? In Berlin. But Bil has other projects as well. Bilders is a New Zealand indie-alt-rock-exper band (aka Builders) — musicians sometimes of quite different styles, but The Bilders roots are basically proto-punk, psychedelic garage and kiwi DIY pop-rock.
