Paul McCandless
Paul McCandless is best known as the single-reed/double-reed/electronic winds player for Oregon, probably the most coherent and compositionally interesting, classically-influenced jazz group to have come up in the '70s (although 'classically-influenced jazz' is a label in danger of doing them a vast disservice).
