Out On Blue Six
Out on Blue Six was a post-punk band formed in Manchester, UK in the 1980s. The lineup consisted of Kate Sekules, Nigel Holland, Carl Marsh, Mike Dalyand Geoff Wooley. They recorded two Peel sessions, a single, tracks on compilation albums, and played an infamous London debut at the Lyceum supporting Hawkwind, whose fans hated them and knocked out the drummer with a can of beer. They had a following at London venues and were being courted by labels like 4AD, Beggars Banquet and Rough Trade when they broke up.
